Knock sound coming from my back wheel

I have a sound coming from my pass side rear tire. It makes a sound like a clunk if I rock my Jeep from side to side? My lug nuts are tight. Anyone know what would be wrong?

What type of shocks do you have? It might be a loose shock, mine made an awful clunking noise whenever I hit a bump until I finally decided to not be lazy and hit them with the air ratchet. Just a suggestion :)

but, open your drums up. your rear brakes may have fallen apart.
