She found a chunk of man.

She said she would be offline for 2 weeks, but I can't remember when that was. She should be back soon.

I hope she doesn't forget about us :(

I just hope she is happy in her new relationship.
Kind of like I was for Wooders when he got married.
Priorities change, and I am glad she's not spending so much time with us.
I wish her the best of everything and hopefully will get to "wing it" with her this July in Aurora.

I seem to recall that she was moving and it would be a while before she had the computer hooked up again. Of course, that doesn't excuse her for not posting while at work...

I talked to Ms. Bunny Girl yesterday. She is moving today and will probably be computerless for a while.

She doesn't get a lot of time to post at work so I wouldn't expect a lot of talk from her anytime soon.

I will tell her you all said hi next time I talk to her. She was supposed to call if she needed help moving, but I didn't hear from her today so I guess she got it under control.

And the reports of her new found love are all true...she is way far gone down the love path :)

Man I can't tell you all how much I miss you all :). Life is quite grand right now and yes, I've fallen in love with a most incredible man that's a perfect match for me finally. I don't get to visit the BB's too much right now, mostly due to Mike and at work, I'm just too busy. My home computer's still down and I'm not using my home email addy anymore or ICQ. Funny thing Dome (Steve), we've known each other for gosh a year and a half now, and even though some of us have never met personnally, you're a true friend no doubt.

I'm trying to post at work Ghery :D. I'm online all day so I guess I need to pop in and say something worthless, which I can do quite well ;)

Tiff, the move went great!!! I'm all moved in with Mike now :D, woohoo!!!

Oh, as soon as I get up and going on my home computer, I'll post a pic of my new found love too...hehehe

Bunny hugs & kisses* to you all :)

You moved in with him already?!?!?!?

Jeezus! That was quick! Let's not forget who is responsible (at least in-part) for your new-found happiness...;)

Tiff, the move went great!!! I'm all moved in with Mike now :D, woohoo!!!

OMG Jeannie, you move about as fast as a bunny too!!! :D

Already MOVED IN?! Wow, he better be a treatin' you good or he'll have an angry nest of Jeepers down there to settle his hash! ;)

Mmmm hash.. and

Sorry, slipped of topic there for a minute :jester:

Happiness looks good on ya kiddo!

Jeannie
03-26-2001, 12:34 PM
Yep, moved in - just seemed quite natural for both, no second thoughts whatsoever!! I know, I'm surprising everyone with that :D.

Jon, I owe you the most - w/o your connection to Scooter, we might not have know each other was inquiring about the other :D. I'll share that story with you all laters ;).

Stubbers, Mike's treating me like a queen, he's everything I've ever wanted in a man. Best I can say is that we just connected and were on the same page. He's an incredible man :D, makes all those lonely nights wondering WTF I'm single for worth every one of them!

Miss ya all though!!! Ok, back to work for a bit for me..hehehehe

FWIW, SWMBO and I have met Mike. He's a nice guy whose motives are suitably dishonorable ;) and who seems somewhat dazed by Hurricane Jeannie and the havoc being wreaked on his quiet, comfortable bachelor existence. He knows he's in for intense scrutiny (and ribbing) but I think he'll stand it well. SWMBO and I also agree we've never seen Jeannie happier so that also bodes well for the match.

Wow, Jeannie - glad to hear things are going so well. Looks like that move to Colorado is working out great.;) Don't forget to "check in" every once in a while and let us know how good things are.:)

Now I know that this guy must be a serious influence on Jeannie. Good grief, I've got more posts that she does. Talk about falling head over heels ;)

Congrats, Jeannie. We're all glad to see this great turn in your life. Keep us posted...

Congrats Jeannie!

Do what makes ya' feel good 'cuz life's too short. FWIW, I was in a relationship for 5 long years that was okay at best and crappy most of the time (hey, hindsight is much clearer). Almost like fate, I finally busted it up with her and met someone new about a week later our friend's wedding. The only problem was she lived in Portland and I in L.A. After a month of phone calls and a visit to Portland, I knew that I was on to something good so we took the plunge and moved her down to L.A. The rest as they say is history and we've got our 5th wedding anniversary next month.

Sorry for getting all verklempt, I gotta' go get a hankie! Ha Ha! Now, should I get her that trip to Hawaii or maybe she'd like some new doors for my Jeep instead! :p

Good luck!

Okay that's enough about you.

Where are me and the Goldens gonna stay on the way to Moab now? :D

Congratulations, Jeannie! :)
What kind of Jeep does he have??
I mean, he does have a Jeep, doesn't he???
;)
Glad to hear that you're happy. We'll be OK (in a couple weeks :( ), post some updates when you catch your breath. :D

Unfortunately lynn, Mike does not have a Jeep. However, he is a manager at the Denver 4 Wheel Parts Performance Center! He's got a HUGE truck.

Let's just say, when I went in to pay for my gears (after their first date), the total amount was a little more than I brought with me. Mike was kind enough to make an mathematical error in my favor. :D

Al, you're still killin' me here - "dishonorable" LMAO :D :D I'm going to tell Mike you said that too.

Hey Nancy Boy, of course you and the Goldens are still welcomed. I was just telling Mike about you staying at my Mom's last night. Mike's trying to see if he can make it to Moab with me...I sure hope he can :D.

Thanks again Dome :). Say hi to Tim for me too!! I'll pop in often I promise.

Howdy Lynn, like Jon a/k/a Burrito Boy said, Mike does not have a Jeep, but were perfectly matched!! And I'm holding my breath forever.

Dan, the move here was definately meant to be. Every aspect of my life has been just wonderful since I've been here :)

Thanks again all, Mike's the compliment to my life!

Now, the one thing I want to know is - who's going to warn Mike about what happens to (things) that ride with Jeannie on the trails. I recall something about an alligator that went on a ride and was never seen again... Just something he should know about ;)

Well, Mike is a little thin up top. Not something I'd have the cojones to say to his face though! Especially with that tattoo starting to show through his hair!

Mike, if you're reading this, please disregard the above. I have an evil twin. Yeah, that's the ticket! Just ask my wife...Morgan Fairchild, whom I've slept with!

Let's start a poll--What is Jon smoking, snorting, or ingesting? Or is it advanced cabin fever? Nahhh. He just came back from Moab. Maybe a chronic work disorder?

What are you trying to say Al? I mean, just because my football hasn't rung 12 o'clock in the last two innings doesn't mean my carpeting needs to be mowed every other fortnight!

Way to go, Hot Dog! Congratulations on the newest part of your new life.

Hey, getting together and moving in so "soon" is not always a bad thing. Speaking from personal experience, it worked for me; all my friends thought I would never have done it - I had joked about becoming a monk or something after the first marriage went down the tube, but divorced Catholics cannot become monks or priests ;). Anyway, Sherry and I met in September, 1989, and bought a house/moved in together in March, 1990; this defied my usual (logical) way of doing things. Neither of us had a Jeep back then - She had a 1986 Topaz, and I had a Dodge Caravan and a Honda Gold Wing. It is even better now that there are two Jeeps in the family :D.

And, yes, she still puts up with me and my strange work and odd shifts!

Take care of yourselves and each other!

Jerry

So Jeannie got herself a man...

Next six months... breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Next three months after that... breakfast, dinner.
Next three after that... dinner.
After that... he makes her wait until after the 5 day forecast on the Weather Channel.
Then... she'll start posting here about how to shift Dust Bunny into 4WD. :p

What I wanna know is she a GRANDMA yet???

:p

ha ha ha ha ha ha...

Congratulations Jeannie. Don't let these folks get you down about a short relationship before you moved in. ;)

I dated my (now) wife for 3 weeks  before we got married. And that was 21 years ago.

When it's right, you know it. Why wait?

The Man with the Plan

I just talked to Jeannie's 'beau.' She must be making him pretty happy 'cuz he's all smiles, and he cut me a smokin' deal on a 4:1 and Optima yellow-top!

I'm going to milk this for all it's worth! ;) Thanks Jeannie!

Jeannie
03-30-2001, 03:01 PM
Thanks again everyone for the wonderful wishes!

CoryB & Jerry, we can't imagine not being together now, but I think we have you beat Cory :). Jerry, how's that Blue Bunny icecream treating you and the misses?

EagleScout - bite your tongue and don't mention the word Grandma again . The thought of that is mind-bogglin' to me...yikes

Ghery, I haven't told Mike about my lost critter stories, don't want him scampering out the door too ;)..hehehe

Redeye, sorry the parts didn't work out for you, we had miscommunications..lol. I'll tell them both you said Hi too. If you ever want them to take your money again, swing on by when you can :p

Now Jon, I think I'm going to have to tell Mike you said he was "thinning" on top. You need to get yourself some cojones and tell him yourself :p. Milking it huh :D. Ahhh heck, I think I'll just print this out and let him read it...hehehe (Jeannie's evil twin speaking). Smokin' dea and all smiles huh :D :D and that's no, THANK YOU Jon!!
