Wow! Picked up 4 1/2"s of ground clearance by rotating the Dana 300 up with the kit from Go2Guy Engineering.

It's a ring that has 3 positions, I used the middle one. The T-case now sits horizontal ! I cut out the "hook" (that low hanging outhouse) on the stock skid and welded it flat.

Had to modify shifter and need a new front propshaft.. but what the hay... still worth the trip.

T-case is up 3 1/2"s and total skid plate ground clearance gain was 4 1/2"s.

Leaving for Moab This Friday... I'm sure this will pay off there !

Oh, yea, put in the TeraLow 4:1 kit at the same time. Can you say "Ready to Rock" ! (crawl, that is)

Hey CU,
Sounds like a neat conversion. I have a couple of questions. First, would it be possible to just relocate the bolt holes in either the transfer case or the transmission rather that buy the new ring? Second, what did you do as far as oil capacity? And finally what did you have to do to modify the shift lever(s) for the transfer case?
