Wanted to buy power assist cylinder for a 1963 Jeep J-200 series pick-up. This cylinder attaches from the passenger side front frame to the bell crank (control arm) on the driver's side. This truck has front leaf springs. We just bought this truck and the cylinder is there but does not have a rod in it. Does anyone have other ideas on how this could be fixed? Or can anyone send me info. on a company that may carry the part?
