There was a thread on JU that caught my eye. This guy on there had a Little DW, and a clunk. He said that his steering box was loose.
Everyone should check the bolts on the bottom side of the wheel well in front of the coil, and there are either 3 or 5 of them. Make sure they are tight. here is his original link. http://forums.jeepsunlimited.com/ubb/Forum22/HTML/003936.html
