back hatch mods?

Well I have seen a few cherokees' with the rear windows and hatch cut off to look kinda like a truck. Does anyone know how to and all that kinda of stuff? Thanks

It's not a do-it-yourself, that's for sure.
AEV has done a couple of them as show rigs. It required MAJOR surgery and bracing to the uni-frame to make it work.

They usually only work on new rigs.
