The way the tire is compressed looks like its wedged in pretty tight.

Yep, it was tight. Karstman got the bright idea to let the air out of the tire. I was about to attempt to jack it up (pointed down hill) and take the tire off.
Mark drove to the left of the rock and decided to drive to the right. I had to have clipped it, but I still can't figure out how it managed to crawl that far up...
