How do you add Pictures?

How do you add pictures to a post? Do you have to have a web site where they are posted? THanks

Thats how I do it
take the url from where the photo is and place a in front (leave out one of the g's) and a behind it also leave out one of the g's

Yes it must be on the web. You can use UBB code that was just posted or html which would be
<img src=" Your URL here">
THis will work on almost all sites where as the UBB code will not.
