On November 3rd we ran the subject trails just north of Moab, Utah.
Both trails are rated "Moderate", but I would say they are on the low side of the scale. They are connected and we spent about 5 hours, including a lunch break, on the trails.
The scenery was great and made up for the lack of difficulty. The were a great primer run to begin the week.
