The last day we ran the 7 Mile Rim Trail.
This trail is rated as Difficult, I didn't find it too bad except for the optional Wipe-out Hill. This trail is actually 21 miles long and most of it is uneventful. There is one section where you get a little off-camber, a couple of optional routes might make some very uncomfortable.
Wipe-out hill is fun, there are a couple of different routes to choose from. Going down is as much fun as going up, I think most of the rubber marks are left going down.
