This may sound stupid, but where are the T.Case spacers supposed to go? I finished my lift, and need to add this for some vibes. (I don't have a shop manual as of yet) and I can't seem to easily find where these are to go. Thanks (I'm a jeep newbe, but I'am havin fun)

The spacers drop the T-case crossmember down-off of the unibody, fitting between the crossmember and the body rail.

Since they're fairly thick you'll need to remove the qty=2 bolts and the qty=2 studs (qty=1 each on each side of the crossmember) and use the bolts that were, hopefully, included with your kit...

However, if your vehicle has no vibrations in the driveline, I would strongly recommend leaving them off...

IMPORTANT thing to remember: Moving your transfer case will affect your t-case shift linkage. Before lowering your T-case, shift into 4lo (all the way back) then get under the car a loosen the trunon bolt that couples the T-case shift lever to the shift linkage. After lowering the t-case, make sure that the inside lever is still all the way back in 4lo, move it about 1/8" off of the absolute back of it's travel (good idea here is to tape or rubber-band a 1/8" drill bit along the back-edge of the shifter to hold that value) then get underneath and make sure that the t-case is still in 4lo (it's lever should feel like it's in a detent position at the end of travel ) then tighten the trunon bolt up snug -- Check for all modes of 4wd before calling it quits!

To cure vibrations, they are a viable solution, but they just can't be as strong as having that flat crossmember plate snuggly fastened to the unibody (also lowers the break-over angle for the vehicle and things like that)...

IMHO they go in the trash! --
