Vacuum line snafu

Can someone tell me (or better yet post a picture) of where the blue vacuum line leading from the transfer case should be connected in the engine comp? Mine is currently leding to a line with a restrictor disk, then a short hose to nowhere. I just got this and have been "cleaning up" after the previous owner.

O.K a few questions first. Does your 4wd work. If so then I think that this is supposed to be not connected to anything. Im looking at my chiltons and it has the diagram of the vacum lines and 2 of them do not connect to anything. They are vacum release valves so your axle disconnect can work properly. There should be 2 goining into the vacum motor and 2 that just end in check valves. I removed mine a long time ago so I dont know what colros were there. But I can almost be certain that the blue one is supposed to just end and not connect to anything. HTH
