Well After yesterdays trail run I finally figured out what the problem with my steering have been (it's been pulling hard to the right).

My JKS discos are seized up. Can't even move the bushings. And these things have been greased regularly. I have them apart and have tried to clean them up, but nothing is going to safe these things.

So the question is what next??? Not sure if I want to give JKS another try. I fear it was the water, snow, ice and mud that killed them (from onroad use).

Anyone know how much lift the Teraflex QDs will accomodate? I need to get something to replace the JKS quick. 7.5" of lift and no sway bar is not a good thing.

HELP!!!!!!!

do you have custom made jks' discos? i thought they were only good to about 6" of lift from what mine said on the package.

6" is what JKS recommends, but there is more than enough threads to work for my lift. I still have about 2" of thread in the sleeve when adjusted properly.

And just as an update to this: JKS Manufacturing President Jim Nollette sent me a reply e-mail with instructions to return the discos to them and they would look them over and press in new bushing for me.

I already bought a new set of JKS discos, but will be sending the old ones in sometime this week (as soon as I find a box).
