Until I get a small problem with avatars worked out I upped the post requirement to 175. Once I get the problem fixed (hopefully tomorrow when I talk to my PHP mastermind friend) I will lower it back and folks can have avatars.

Don't worry I won't be selfish and have the only one ;)
