Looking for info....

I went wheeling this past Saturday, unfortunatley the trail was still heavily snow covered & as a result the trail was bumpier than I anticipated, I got jarred a couple of times. As a result my alignment is way off!!! I can eaily get it fixed, but am curious why it happend?

Nothing is bent or visabley damaged, I have a RE "ultimate" suspension, with the heavy duty tie rod an a rancho steering dampener. Any idea's what has changed/caused the mis alighnment??

Thanks

Not having all bolts torqued to spec is the most common reason.
Vibration from washboard roads can loosen things up slightly, even if they started out tight enough.
Also, it only takes a VERY slight bend in the tie rod to throw your wheel alignment off.

Rocks, Trees, big pot holes, curbs and driving off road. :silly:
