Does anyone know how this system maintains its lift, how it works, and how I can make it? Thanks. I have an 89' with d60 and d44 coming so I am asking this because I want to put that on the rear.:)

All the leaf spring jeeps I have seen come 1/2 elliptical ;)
But if you are wandering about 1/4 elliptical setups that is a little trickier. But it is pretty much a 3 or 4 link suspension (like a TJ is stock) and then there are leaf spring packs that are pretty much cut in half and attached to the frame rail and hits the axle to give it ride height. Then when you start flexing the spring will actually not be touching the axle on one side letting it travel a lot. The 3 or 4 link setup that you have installed will help locate the axle, so something similar to a long arm kit will be a good idea. Then you will also want to install axle limiting straps so that you do not rip your shock mounts off or 'hyperflex' your system (flex so much that you drive over yourself, kind of)....It just takes some measuring and welding and lots of time
