Keep it.
Most problems with Jeeps are quality control issues, not reliablility issues. If you have made it this far with no problems then your Jeep can last for 200,000 miles or more as long as you do all required maintenance.

I'd keep it! My '90 Laredo has 162,000 miles with no major work done. It's still running strong with no indication of problems to come. Still feels solid and gets around 20 mpg on the highway.

I agree, For 13,000 you can't go wrong. Would cost $20,000 or more for a new one and you already know your jeep. And as mentioned above you have made it this far without problems. You should be able get many many more years out of it.
I have 180,000 miles on mine and it is still as strong today as it was when I bought it back 160,000 miles ago. Yes I bought mine from someone that turned a lease in. It only had 20,000 on it.
Has been a fantastic jeep. No repairs other than a rear main seal. To cure the slight oil leak it was developing. You will easily go over 100,000 without any failurs.
Good luck
