Where the trac-bar is bolted to the frame through the hem joint is the problem. I heard this clunk when I turned the wheel so my girlfriend turned it when I was under the ZJ. Right where it bolts to the frame I can see it move inside the bracket. It seems the bolt isnt wide enough or something. Does it just need to be tightened? Does this mean anything? Please help. This is the third problem I have had with the trac-bar since installing it a month ago. Help!

Not saying anything -
But...
...did RE (and subsequentally you) include the shim for the bolt that runs through the heim?
Reason - just saw a similar "noise" from an RE -- the shim (allowing a 3/4" hole to use a 5/8" bolt) was not installed when the bar was -- leving the uper heim to be held insitu only by the clamping pressure of te nut/bolt (not enough)...

I didnt do the original install. I has the local 4X4 place do it. But all the hardware that came with it is on there. I know that for a fact.

I think it is a 24mil.
Just tighten it.
