Why does my computer quit downloading a picture rigt in the middle of it. This is quite annoying...I hit refresh and it does the same thing. Has happened with both IE and Netscape.

I am on DUN connected at a lousy 26400. Can't wait for Cable to get installed!!

nope just some from varying sites

could be packet loss on a bad connection. Have you tried doing a traceroute with a program like Pingplotter www.pingplotter.com to see if you are dropping packets?
