Revolver Shackles

Planning on purchasing some of those high tech Revolver shackles. They will augment my 8" Rock Ready, but, I forsee the inevitable, shock travel. When I install the lift, I am planning on relocating my lower rear shock mounts by raising them 2.5" upwards and "boxing" them for further protection. I have done some preliminary testing on paper for I haven't been able to play with my XJ for the past year! (The sacrafices we military members put up with) Anyway, has anyone used them on their XJs? Please give me an idea of what length shock I will need. Later, ROKSURF

I'm running them on mine, and if you are going to spend the money on them, get them from mettal made rite, not anything that tera makes, I've had mine on for 2 months and one is bent badly, I've taken it to moab twice and the rest of the time it sat in the garage during that 2 months. anyway as far as the shock length, I'm running the ones I did before, but as far as the drop is concerned the tire is hitting the inner fenter hard enough to stop the other side from droping before the shock stops it.
