What the Jeep....

....thing is all about..

I have been on many organized runs, and some I organized myself..
With all sorts of different vehicles..
Broncos, BMW's, S-10pu's, Suzuki's, Mopars, you name it, I have probably seen it on the trail..
We get together and talk jeepin, trails, mods,
rigs, whats new, etc.. etc..
Have fun out on the trails..
Encourage every one to "at least try it", whatever the obstacle was..
Not ridicule those that did not try..
Cheer those that did..

The one thing that comes to mind is Never has anyone come up to someone else and told them
that car is a piece of sh*t.!
They ripped you off when they put _______ in it.!

I may have that opinion of a particular vehicle, and someone else very may well have that opinion of my vehicle.. But I sure am glad they don't tell me about it..

but we all still had a good time,
talkin about jeepin, the trail,
helping out those that required it..
gladly..
towing someone or being towed..
and saying "next time"....

The jeep thing ain't about the vehicle
its about the people..

One of the most capable trail vehicles I have ever encountered is an old beat up first gen Bronco. Healthy 302 V-8, lifted, locked on both ends with 35" tires. Not even a jeep, go figure.:rolleyes:
