More damage was found. The Heater box assembly has 2 holes in it. The drivers side control arms are smashed.

I think I'm getting screwed!!! Is there any reason yawl can see why this isn't a total loss???

I've seen write offs with less damage. Have you asked your insurance rep what the criteria is, and why he hasn't chosen to write it off?

Tell him that you want it in writing that any hidden damage found in the future will be repaired, including any stress crack to the frame that result from all the deformation.

After seeing those I'm wondering if the rep can even spell total.... I would insist on the body being removed (since it's so easy) and having the full frame inspected. Make enough of a stink about it and they may change their minds...

It may be time to put her down.

I feel sick for you...especially now since I've seen the pics. How much more does your insurance co want to tear off this thing before they get the hint.

I've got the same jeep you have in color and everything, and I feel for you.

Things will work out though!!

It comes down to (like everything else) money. Will it cost less to fix it or total it out, buy you a new Jeep (Actually give you the retail value of your Jeep. Dependent on Kelly blue book and NADA.) and sell the wreck. Don't fool yourself into thinking they will buy you a brand new Jeep.
