I have a friend with an 88YJ, 258 I-6. He got tired of the problems with the old carb so went and bought a new Weber. Went to the emmissions check and everything is fine except CO is 4 times the allowed limit. He is threatening to sell the thing. Any thoughts as to what is causing this.
