My diff is groaning at certain speeds, and sounds like something is rubbing around tight corners, when nothing is touching. I don't want to upgrade to lower gears, but do want something better then open up front. What should I get seeing how I have all wheel drive all the time?
What about a true trac lsd?

Truetrac is probably a good bet but expect lots of steering feedback. You can also pick up a Dana Powerlok l/s for those, maybe an Auburn as well. I believe you can set Auburns up tight or loose depending on preference.
Your front axle noise could be one or both CV joints getting cranky. Do you hear a clicking when turning sharp?

Why not just go selectable with an OX or ARB?

Well if it was not for money, I would have dana 60's front and rear with 4:56 and OX front and rear.
But I need to just basically rebuild the front diff as it seems to be making noise. I already replaced the front left CV axle shaft and that did not help sooooo I am pretty darm sure it is the D30. It also hums at certain speeds etc. So I figured instead of just rebuilding it why not upgrade at the same time. Can't afford a $600 OX plus install.
