Went for a little drive today. Got a little muddy.

While measuring for larger flares I discovered the left rear tire sticks out 1" further than the right rear. When I did the Rock Crawler lift, the rear track bar axle end bracket was moved up about 2 3/8". The original track bar was re-installed. Any ideas as to why there's a difference?

When you raised the system you need to extend the track bar by not doing that you moved axle towards the side of frame it's mounted to

The axle has moved to the left(presuming it was centered before the lift), which would be away from the side it is attached to. I thought the same as you, but the bracket mod moved the bar attach up 2 3/8 and I got about 3 1/4 of lift. You would think it would have moved right , but it is further left.

It seems that the trackbar bracket is too large for that amount of lift. So you need to lift more to get the rear axle centered again ;)
If your left rear tire sticks out one inch further than the right rear tire, you need to get the axle half an inch to the right to center it again.

My TJ's rearend is 3.5" higher than stock and I use the Teraflex rear trackbar bracket that usually comes with the S3T lift kits. My left rear tire sticks about 1/4" further out than the right rear tire. It's not worth in my case to shift the axle to the right for only about 3mm! With my new setup I plan for the near future, I will add 3/4" or 1-1/4" spacers to the 3.5" coil springs. This should shift the axle further to the right then. I just hope those spacers aren't too much and that the axle sticks out on the right hand side.

I have Rusty's rear adjustable track bar, and no relocation bracket. I think it was $169.
