AR-767's backspacing question

I went to the American Racing website and under AR-767's they only listed one 15x8 with the 5x4.5 bolt pattern. It had the following specs:
Offset: -11.43
Backside Setting: 4
Is this what I want? I am running 31x10.5 BFG A/T's.

That rim will certainly work. That's the same rim I had installed on my TJ with 33x10.50 BFG ATko's. I would say that I've got about 1.5"-2" of tire out from under the fender flare.

If you look a little further down the list at the American Racing site, you'll see that they also sell the 767 15x8 with the 5x4.5" bolt pattern with 4.75" backspacing (#7675866). That would tuck your tires in a bit more, but might restrict you from going to a taller/wider tire later.
