Man! I thought the 93 Jeep was going to be okay. But I went there today to test it out & I saw so much crap!! The side-view mirrors had 2 mirrors on either side! Four side view mirrors! I didn't notice it yesterday b/c the door was open while I was in it. But those extra mirrors can really screw you up when you're driving. The ***-hole dealer was trying to tell me that the motor would run forever, (yea right!) but he would only give me a 15 day warranty. So I told him to shove it.
Well, I'm still looking for a new Jeep with a/c. I'm sure I'll get there eventually.

Well that's what you get for wanting to buy the first Jeep you see!;) I wouldn't "sweat" it(Ha Ha), I would look at as many as you possibly can...high end, low end, whatever. Eventually you'll know "the one".

You're absolutely right Ontherocks! This was the 1st Jeep I saw with a/c & I got excited too fast. I'll take my time & look around now. But man!! I think it has to be "inborn" to be a salesman, cuz I couldn't do that. I mean, really, this guy totally tried to get over on me. AND HE ALMOST DID!! The name of the place is, "Good Car Co. It's in Mesa, AZ. I checked with the BBB right after I saw the Jeep yesterday & they've got a clean record, but apparently, that doesn't mean too much. This guy would've taken the shirt off my back!
You shoulda seen the look on this guys face when I pulled into his lot with my boyfriend. I could tell he was like, "Oh ****, she brought a guy who can tell her everything that's wrong with this Jeep." And his thoughts were 100% right. Bonehead!

You wouldn't by any chance want a built 95 XJ Country, would you? I am probably going to sell my baby (with AC), and I definitely want another Jeeper to own it. Let me know if you want specs on it, it's pretty loaded. I am also just up in Flagstaff. Sorry for the shameless plug!:D

I was dead set on a jeep and went looking around at all the dealers and stuff in my area. The very first one i looked at I fell in love with, but I kept looking. I ended up, two or three days later, going back to that jeep, hoping to buy it. I practically knew nothing about it and found out it was a Sport model, it had A/C and was a 6 cylinder! I love it!!

Just keep looking. When I finally found mine it had AC and didn't work, of all things. But thats the one that called me to it.

And damn all, the AC still don't work, but she's mine. But will you believe thats all that has been wrong with the Jeep since I bought it?

I hate dealing with sleazy salespeople... Ugh! Whenever I'm done talking to them, I always feel like I need to take a shower just to rid myself of that putrid funk...

On the other hand, the salesman who sold me my Jeep was named Jesse James (I kid you not). But he really was one hell of a nice, knowledgable guy. I guess those train-robbing gunslingers just get a bad rap sometimes. But, I definitely did have some funny thoughts runing through my head when he handed me his business card and I saw the name.
