We're getting MARRIED!!!

Mike proposed to me Friday night and WE’RE GETTING MARRIED on May 12th :D. We’re going to Reno where all my family is and my son Jason is giving me away :).

Here’s how we met :D. I took a Friday off work (not a normal day off for me either) and mid afternoon went down to 4Wheel Parts & Performance here in Denver. When I walked in there were 4-5 guys at the counter and Mike just happened to be one of them (he doesn’t work the counter too often either). For whatever reasons, I v-lined it directly to him and passed up all the others. It was an instant connection that I cannot describe. Well I had no clue if he was married, involved, etc. but my friend Jon Brule knows Scooter who works there. So I asked who Scooter was, mentioned Jon’s name as many times as I could and figured if he was really interested then he’d know who to reach me. **** funny thing was that I was trying to think of, Ok, what tech stuff can I talk about now. Choose my leaking transmission :D. After I left and got home, I decided, there was something too big to let this go by so I emailed Jon and asked about Mike. Tell me what you know about Mike A, the manager - Ya know, single, married, GF, not interested, gay, etc. Figured I had nothing too lose. Hehehe, well turns out shortly after I left 4WP, Mike had Scooter call Jon. hehehe :D.

Well Mr. Sneaky Brule didn’t let on to either of us that the other was interested, sly one Jon! 4 days went by and I didn’t hear back from Jon so I mailed him again :rolleyes:. Jon was going there the following day and asked if I wanted him to give Mike my # - well that was a NO BRAINIER - H#!! YES I said. Mike called me that night (a Tuesday), we went out Thursday and haven’t been apart since.

I knew he was it from the moment I met him (I really did). I am the most blessed and happiest person I know, well next to Mike that is ;). I cannot put into words how I feel inside and how much I’m In-Love with Mike.

But, we know the truth, manager of 4wheel parts, yea, right, you're not marrying him for love, its so that you can get access to at cost parts so you can make Dust Bunny the badist, kick everybodys ***, TJ anybody ever laid eyes on!!! :p

Seriously, looks like you've got it made. Colorado, TJ, hubby to be works at 4wheel parts.
Congrates again, and advice my priest gave me after getting married, never go to bed angry and always tell him that you love him when you part, for you don't know when it will be your last.

Eagle, H#!! no i'm not a Granny yet ;). And that a double H#!! no on the other too LMAO. It was definately meant for me to move to CO. My life has just been amazing since I've been here and Mike has just completed it!!!

Stubbs, you bet I can :D. Mike doesn't seem to mind me talking his ear off too - funny :confused:. We'll be using his truck as the official wedding vehicle. We're also taking all 3 pitbulls with us on the drive to Reno and a 5th wheel :), doesn't get much better. Miss yakking with you too and told ya wasn't a Jeepp snob :p!!!

Boggeman, now that's a funny one. Mike had someone ask him that too. Yep, that's what I want at 39 another kid - No Thank You :p, it's play time now..hehehe

Flip, Mike's been using the same tattoo artist for several years. The guys work is pretty much freelance. "The" tattoo they're talking about is the American Flag that's on the top of his head.

Thanks Steve & Tim, I don't know if I ever believed at "love at first site" , but with Mike, it was just that from the moment I met him :). I just knew and actually said that I would marry that man a couple of days after our first date :D.

Etnomaiab - Mike drives a Ford F250, HD, Deisel with a 6" lift and 35s, which pulls a 5th wheel and can tow Dust Bunny as well :).
