Headlight conversions?

I was just looking at these headlight conversions on ebay. There's a set of diamond-cut, diamond xenon, diamond HID and my parents have a Bosch conversion (couldn't find on ebay). What is the difference in these? I know the Bosch ones make a big difference but what about these diamond ones? Are they worth the price?

I purchased that conversion. It took some bending on the head light bracket to make it fit and then some more tweaking to get them aimed correctly. Careful though you will probally win the auction at about $50 or 60$ but shipping is like $15-20. All in all i am happy with the lights
