A similar picture was in the local paper here a couple of years ago. The bus drivers were upset because their employer wanted to make their timetables tighter. That would mean that a driver wouldn't even have time to visit the bathroom once in an 8-hour shift. There was a picture of a toilet with the caption "the new driver's seat for Sundsvall's buses" :)
