how to make homemade reverse shackle

would it be hard to make a homemade reverse shackle
they cost $$ and I have a welder. Does anyone have a how to or mersurements for a revers shackle. Thanks :)

what is it that you can't figure out? It is a pretty straight forward proceedure. Cut shackle hangers off, weld spring hangers on, cut spring hangers off, weld shackle hangers on.

You might look at some rigs that already have it done and "borrow" some designs/styles from them :wink:

it's a Warrior brand, was supposed to be bolted (so I welded it on, so what) on a little bit farther back on the frame, but I'm using cj5 springs in the front instead of flattie springs. I wish that I would've fabbed my own up and saved the $$$ for something that couldn't've made myself
