Seriously, How does it look? I'm looking for some suggestions on what I should do with it. It's got 35" MT/R on it and a 4" inch trail master lift with a 2 inch body lift. BTW this is my first post so give me some feedback. :P

looks good man! tires in the pics 35s? also, it doesnt look like the body lift is on in these pics. get some new bumpers, improve the looks A LOT! also a new spare will make it look good from behind. on another note. how does the trailmaster lift work? good ride? how about articulation? check mine out if you want: www.angelfire.com/ga4/jeepin

It's got the 35"s on and the 2 inch body lift, I'll put a better picture up later. Yea, i'm looking at the bulletproof bumpers. Those would look sweet. I don't like the trailmaster lift, I might as well be driving a horse and cariage, BUMPY!@@ But it's cheap i guess. Well thanks for the praise. Take it easy.

If you want...try installing some better shocks, such as the Doetsch Tech-3000s. They are soft and can be had for $36.75/each shipped to your door from Supplee 4WD at supplee@ionet.net

OME's are great too but cost a bit much for the budget minded. DT-3000s are the best economical shock you can find.

Thanks for the feedback. I really apreciate it. What I really want is a Long Arm kit for it. Have any of you put one on with an existing lift? I really don't like the look of the 2" body lift, but I love the look of 35" meats. :D I'm getting this guy in South Dakota to build me some bumpers has soon as I save up some duckets. I'll post more pictures when I put some more work into it. Thanks again for the positive feedback, negative is always apreciated here too.

I had extremely bad death wobble when I first installed the lift due to several things. One, I had stock steering with blown ball joints. Two, When I first installed the lift I drove around for a few days without a steering stabilizer while I waited for the one I ordered to come (Not recommended). And three, my tires and rims were not balanced very well. After I installed the steering stabilizer it fixed most of the DW and minimized it to only certain speeds and only if I hit a really large pot hole or bump. About 3 weeks after that I decided that the stock steering wasn't going to cut it. My ball joints were making a lot of noise and didn't feel to good either. I then ordered rusty's steering conversion and a 1 3/4" droped pitman arm from him as well. Which improved both the steering and the over all handling on the road and reduced the DW too. I still have DW at certain times but very rarely and ive also learned how to avoid it. Right now I am waiting on new upper control arm bushings that I ordered from MOPAR because I am running poly bushings without sleeves right now(also not recommended). I think that is the only thing that is making the death wobble at this point. Once I install the new bushings im hoping it eliminates all of it. If not, then my next purchase is going to be the RE drop brackets. I hope that answers any questions you had. And sorry it took so long to reply, ive been kind of busy.

I was being held up by the rear quarter panel so I didn't want to try and back out of it. As it was there was no damage done other than photos to remind me of it.
One winch to pull me down to my wheels and another to hold me from going over once I started going forward.

My... what sharp eyes you have. Yes indeed, both sway bars were still intact on that photo. Kudos guys! That little pic was just an hour run right after I put the 31"s on. Agreed, the rear sway bar is a memory. As for the lift its just a 3" RE, Coils, shocks and AAL. I was to lazy to disco the front sway... but Wow what a differance that makes. I have a hard time picking up a wheel when discoed. So much flex it looks broken.

Hi ILJers! Here's a pic of my Thelma Jane, an 01 Wrangler Sport.
Still lots of things I would like to add/change, but until I get those payments taken care of (two more years), I will have to keep the expenditures down to fairly small things. I'm lucky I was able to do the things I have done already.
I may hold the world's record for the worst case of Wrangler Fever. I had previously traded cars so often that I was $8000 upside down on trade-in! I owed $25K payoff on my 2000 Grand Prix GT, and they allowed me $17K trade-in. I wanted a Jeep so bad that I took out a home equity loan to cover $6K of that $8K deficit. So, I financed the entire price of the Jeep ($200 over invoice, so not a bad deal), the taxes, the dealer service fee (you know, that fee that ALL dealers charge just because they CAN), and the registration, plus the $2K carry-over from the trade-in. Of course, I have to make payments on the home equity loan ON TOP OF my 60 payments of $539.29 on the Jeep! Crazy? Uh huh. Do it all over again? IN A HEARTBEAT! I love my Jeep THAT much!!!!!!! I knew a Jeep would be fun, but it turned out that I didn't even have a CLUE as to how MUCH fun they are.
Tom

Thanks for the compliment! 2.5" Daystar lift, 245/75-16 MT/R's, Boulderbars.com trans skid and rocker protection (life savers), custom roof rack, front Tru-Track, Rear Trac-Loc, front sway bar disco and rear bar removed. And some other goodies here and there.
It does well in the rocks. The pics were from Calico on the Loop, great trail, lots of rock. Our club, L.O.S.T. KJ WEST also frequents the trails in the Big Bear area, Holcomb Creek, John Bull, Gold mtn. and others. We also had a blast down at Los Coyotes back in August. We will be at Moab for EJS, so if you are there, say Hi!
