Have any of you who have a Garman IIIplus GPS used the garman mounts in your jeep. I'm wondering if anyone knows if either of the Dash mount bracket or the Swivel mount bracket. Since the CJ dash is vertical, will either of these mounts work?
Thanks in anticipation of your words of wisdom.
David
I used the "permanent" sticky in the little tray thingy. I put the little rubber insert over the mount (upside down) when I don't have the GPS there.

Here's the rest of the pictures of the mount:

The only thing that I can't do is flip the swivel lock on, but I don't really need it..

Rick, thanks for that idea, looks slick, I will use that idea in the TJ when it finally arrives, but still need to figure out if the Garman mounts are strong enough when mounted vertically.
