I've been lookin around for a rear tire carrier for awhile, and i stumbled across the kennesaw mountain products bumper. Does anyone know much about this product. I went to their website but i couldn't find any info or pricing on it. I wish i had the money for a TR rear bumper and tire carrier, but i don't have that much money to spend on a mod, especially since i'm still trying to work the stroker on my I6 that is slowly dying. Any info is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

OK, first let me say that I do NOT work for Kennesaw Mtn. Accessories nor do I have any affiliation with them. With that said, the info I am about to give is not guaranteed accurate (price mainly) and is subject to have changed.
Price: $485 (bumper and swingout tire carrier)
accessories: $65 receiver hitch
$20 for shackles
$20 for hi-lift carrier
$20 for gas can holder
$10 for CB antenna mount
On the production bumper the "ears" have been extended to match the lines of the factory bumper (notice how mine is 3-4" short of where the factory bumper attached) and the ears are also made of one piece of metal, bent to match the lines of the ZJ, whereas mine is 3 pieces welded together. Also, I believe the factory bumper is made of 3/8" steel, instead of the 1/4" steel used for mine, to make it lighter.
What do you want to know about the specs?
And you'll have to contact Kyle at www.kenmtn.com to find out about availability
Announcements: It's a great bumper and you can't beat the price in my opinion. Much better than Tomken and half the price of the TR and other bumpers. Looks good too.
Thanks z-what. Couldn't find zj info on their site so your answer was perfect. Looks like the best choice for those of us without TR budgets.
