Well... they're done!!

The specs:
*Outer rail - 2-5/8" OD, 1/4" thick wall tubing.
*Cross support - 1-1/2" x 3/16" square tubing

Your rock rails look great. Very nice job. Are you planning on building and selling these at all. If so I'm sure my sister would be interested in a set. Let us know how they do offroad. :)

Nice job!! You just saved yourself $350 ($308 through Wykoff online). THey look like the Mopar ones but are undoubtably stronger.

Thanks for the encouragement guys. I wish I could build stuff like this for sale, but I'd never make a living at it. It takes me way to long to get anything completed. But that's what us shade tree type fab guys get :( They weigh about 60lbs per side, so shipping would be expensive.

I built them pretty much like RRO and Rusty's bars. Mine probably stick out farther than any others though. I'm going to put another slider bar under the pinch weld body seam later. I'll get them powder coated when I do that.

So there bolt on to the frame and bolt to the pinch seam?

Yep, they attach pretty much like RRO rock rails and Rusty's rails.
