Stopping auto emails to my email address

Uh, Tiff.

How do I stop all these auto emails to my email address? I went into my profiles section, under options to change it, but it doesn't seem to be helping any. Give me a clue as to how I can end them. I mean, I like getting email and such, but this is a bit too much. :)

go to your profile then vb home and unsubscribe to the threads i think
