First off how high do you want to go or even better yet what size tire do you plan on running? I run a 4in superlift and my 33in swapers love chewing on my fenders. On brands you here all kinds of different stuff. I loved my superlift at first but since i put on my winch and winch bumper, which is one heavy A$$ combo, I can see that i will need stiffer springs.

I have a 4 inch Pro Comp that rides pretty nice. I eventially will go to a SOA when I switch out axle housings.

Me, I like the OME 2 1/2" lift. I was looking for a soft flexy spring. They ride super on the road. They also flex a lot off road.
I am running 33s with a 1 1/4" BL. Lifts are like opinions... everybody has one, and their's is the best!
It's really up to you, what / how are you planning to use you're Jeep ? That decision should be first. then decide what modifications to make, and in what order.
Have fun !!

i have checked into having 4 inch lift on my 77 cj.the guy said anywere from 450-550 for the lift kit with pitman and then 55 bucks an hr labor.6-8 hrs depending on how long it takes to remove those old rusty bolts and stuff, said they usuarly have to torch of some bolts and stuff on a 24 year old jeep so thats when i decided to have them do it.total cost 750-1000 bucks.
