? on obtaining info. from VIN #

Can I find out what a vehicle is equiped with from the Vin #? Where can I do that? I looking at a Cherokee, actually over the web, and it dosn't list all the options, I have obtained the vin #, but would like to find out what the options are. Thanks, mag

Think you need to find a jeep dealer, in the service department, and give them the VIN number and they can get a printout of what was orginally on the jeep when it was built.

I have also heard that there is a build sheet located inside the drivers door. Don't know if that is true.
