Need to know about some of the symbols in the wiring schematics shown in my Haynes manual. At several locations it labels a "splice" (ex: A7, P5, A5 etc....) they are labeled inside a diamond. How do you tell which wires are power or ground?? I am used to seeing the little triangular hatch marks showing the grounding points. I am also used to seeing a pic of a battery in the schematic somewhere that helps you trace which wires are power. Any help? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?:D

As a follow up to your original question, the little terminals that you refer to represent a junction point in the wiring harness or a common point. You will find that same junction ID used somewhere else in the schematics and it simply means that you connect those two points.
