95 YJ and the only thing i would ever trade it for was a fuel injected CJ, no carbs for me but I love the CJ's classic styling

Right now I have a WJ, but I have also owned a TJ, and a XJ. I eventually want to get another TJ, to build a trail Jeep, and use my WJ as a tow vehicle / backup.

'81 CJ8, frame vat stripped/Hammerited/welds ground down/rewelded, rebuilt/modified 360, rebuilt/modified Turbo 400, Novak adapter, Dana 300 w/ new seals& gaskets, narrowed 9"/ 31 spline/.411/Detroit Locker, Dana 30/ .411/Detroit Locker, 15x10 BRC/33x1250 Pro Chumps, 4" Pro Chump lift.

Getting ready to clean/strip the underside of the tub and firewall and Hammerite it. Plug weld all the holes(snap, antenna, tire stop, ect.) and remount the tub to send it to the paint shop. After painting, the tub will be Linexed, and the body reassembled.

To finish this jewel up I'm going to toss in a Painless wiring harness and replumb the brakes and do a brake job. Finally, new cooling(radiator/oil/tranny), home fabbed bumpers/cage/tire carrier, winch, and all the little odds and ends standing between me and the 'froad.

Sold my '91 XJ to my Dad. Bought a '01 TJ. Have my girlfriend wanting to trade in here car for a WJ. :)

I'm on my second TJ. A '99 Sport. My first was a '97 TJ SE.

The wife and I had a '96 XJ 4wd, leased. Had it three years. Eventually got the wife a '00 TJ Sport. Wife split up with me, so I'm back down to 1 TJ. I never even got a chance to swap out the D44 she has in hers for my D35c. :)
