What waste of money. You could have fed over 100 starving childred for 5 years with the same amount of money you spent on your yuppi Jeep.

If it were me, I would never spend more then 5 grand on mods on a jeep. Im still under 1,500 no to mention I have no credit card debt either. Oh yeah and with my real extra money I save (by doing my own mech work) I do feed about 10 starving children. Who the heck pays over $300 for warn off road lights? They are no brighter then my $25.00 from Kragen Autoparts.

No offence guys, but sometimes it's also a sin to trow away money that could help some one live another day. I am guilty also but dang, that jeep is a sad display of greed.

(of course unless you are a mutimillionare who donates over half a million to cancer research every year, then I am the jack *** for assuming your a everyday Joe)

You threw money away on those stupid CL Hellcats you got on your Jeep.

Leave the guy alone, if he has the money to spend and build HIS Jeep the way he see's fit then so be it.

If you want to throw your money at Sally Struthers on starving kids in some f'd up country that probally hates us then thats your business.

Hell if you think he spent allot on his Jeep let me put a picture of mine up, you would probally crap your pants at all the money I have spent. BTW all my mods were paid with cash no credit card dept, you can do that when you have a good job and get paid. And if you think that spending money on something you really enjoy is a showing of greed then you need to sit down and check yourself tree hugger surfer dude.

After having said that, really nice Jeep TJ Guy lookin good

BTW my Centerlines came with my jeep. No need toget angro, I am just trying to put things in perspective to some of you. Their is a thing called enjoying your self then their is a thing called greed,

"If you want to throw your money at Sally Struthers on starving kids in some f'd up country that probally hates us then thats your business."

Why do you think they hate us? duh because most of us trow our money away while we knowingly burn our money away while they watch their little brother die little by little of starvation. By the way this has nothing to do with treehuging or what ever. Iam just simply trying to say that sometimes we can over dothings just to display toothers that we can afford it. Why not choose a different route of displaying that, say build a home for homeless children here in out own homeland? Why not donate to some illness research, oh let me guess, not enough people will know it was your money that did it? Well that ware the greed part comes in.

beleive me guys I have nothing against people that can afford nice rigs, luxury cars, big homes and all, and it was definetly nothing against the owner of the rig on this post. It was just the way Ifelt that morning after being told that 25 children had diesd of starvation in a country that is no more then 200 miles from us. Just keep those things in mind guy that's all.

On another topic - I didnt see any dirt on that rig, nor did I see any grease marks from work being done in a driveway. Looked to me like it was a pavement pounder with all the work done at some shop vs. his own garage.

Yuppi!

I am not going to turn this into a back and forth battle on what we should do with our money. You do what you want with your money and we that enjoy this hobby will do what we want with our money. Enough said

Yes it is, but who in the F**K are you think I don't donate time or money to charities just because I tend to spend allot of money on my hobby. I will have you know that I have helped build 6 homes for Habitat for Humanity, I have donated over 150 hours last year volunteering and I have contributed a large sum of money to local charities that help the less fortunate. I don't need some punk *** puke telling me how to live my life. I maybe only 30 years old and was raise in a lower income family but I payed my dues to have gotten where I have in life. Niether my wife and I attended college and have managed to make a $150K a year income, and if I want to spoil my family then I will. My family comes first and the rest of the world can screw themselves. I as well as other will agree with me when I say part of what happened on Sept 11 was due to the fact that we the United States of America have stuck there noses where it did not belong, in other countries problems.

So I like I said before drop it and move on.

Sorry TJ Guy for turning your post into what has become a war of words.

If you guys haven't noticed, the original post here is almost a year old. TJ Guy sold both of his Jeeps long, long ago and yes, he did have a professional shop do all the work for him. But so what if he did, it was an awesome machine and even though its clean in those pictures, I'm positive that it would work very well off road.

BigRubberJeep, are you mad that you threw all your money at a POS leaf under Sheep? Mad that my Pathfinder will leave your Sheep at the trailhead whilst you figure out what's wrong with the vacuum disconnect?

Those Jeeps are sweet. I wish I had that kind of money to throw at my Pathfinder. Oh well, more power to him. He obviously found the right job with the right cash flow to fund all his good times...

Oh, and Dave, Champion beadlocks are one of the two companies that I would buy beadlocks from. Avalanche is the other.

I can't believe the post some people will dig up just to get on their soapbox and preach!!!

The only thing worse than people who don't help are people who do only to brag about it!

I spent even more money on my WJ, check my sig for photos. Current total.... about $60,000.00.

Big Rubber Di*** I hate to be an A**H*** but that is a crock! If you are so worried about other people starving (most of which need to control their breeding, if you are having trouble feeding your people slow down on your reproduction for awhile!) then why dont you go buy a economy car and send all that extra cash youll save to some place where they can get enough energy to have more children that will be starving.

Saw that jeep in person last week. You can buy it for $30k. Pretty sweet deal for everything that is included. Talked to the guy who built it too. Got some background info on original owners. They weren't really 4-wheelers. They got into it a little bit, and decided to go hog-wild with a couple of TJs. 1/4 mile into their first trail (about a 3 on a 4 scale), before it even got tough, they chickened out, and sold 'em both.
