Some of my off-roading buddies and i want to put together a trip up to Tellico this summer so we can FINALLY have some decent off-roading (everywhere around here has been locked up) as well as a memorable post-graduation time. . so far, the types of jeeps that are (hopefully) going: 86 CJ7, SOA on 35"s, D44/30, D300, T-5, 258; a 74 CJ5, 4" susp. on 35"s, 304; my 02 TJ basically stock 4.0L, D35/30, hopefully with: 31" trXus MTs, lockrite in front and/or rear. . and a late model K5 stock on 33"s. .
my question is. . i know i can't make it through everything the two CJs can make it over simply for height purposes, but will i be seriously holding back the level of trails we get to see? i've never been to Tellico, and neither have the others; yeah, i'm just kind-of fishing for information here!
big TIA

I have a 106K MPEG video clip of a trail run in Jellico, Is there a Jellico and a Tellico, I think its a typo.
aslo most of the EROCC comps were held at Tellico.
I havent been there but you should find everything from slipery wet muddy roads to "dry" rock crawling. Its pretty wet around there from the videos I have...
do you have an email that can take a 106Kb file?:D

Ashman, you can setup a FTP server on your machine, and anyone with a FTP client can then transfer a file from your machine to theirs. Of course I am assuming that both parties have broadband acccess (for a 106 MB file).

I have used FTPs before but was given the
Remote Host name
user name
password
So how Do you set one up?
I know we have a firewall here at work it may or may not be a problem.
thanks

I think there is some free software like this on CNET that you can use.

I think you might have issues if you are on a local network and behind a firewall that blocks external access. It all depends on how ur network administrator has set up security. I haven't done that before, so sorry can't help u on that one. Try setting this up, it just might work.
