View Full Version : Disc Brakes on Corp 8.25

Started acquiring parts for the disc brake conversion and will probably start the conversion the end of April.
So far I have the caliper mounting brackets and rotors; the calipers will arrive in a few weeks.
Has anyone done this conversion ??
If so, all recommendations or tips are welcome !!!

This cant be over done, The LAST thing you want to do is bust off a bolt on the axel tube.

The bolts that I am using to mount the caliper brackets to the axle tube flange are Grade 8.

For those who have Corporate 8.25 rear differentials and are not satisfied with the rear brakes.
Here are the components I have acquired so far. Still waiting for the stainless braded brakelines to arrive.
