I am having some trouble getting mine done. I am using the usual vaseline and golf club, but it keeps getting stuck. How do you get your pipes clean?

I was thinking the same thing, and any pictures I came up with in my mind required the viewer to be 18 or older...

Showcar trick -- you can use a bead hone to remove the interior crud and a bit of the pipe's metal as well...
... or don't run the engine - that engine will always supply ample carbon solids to foul the inside of your tail pipe.
Once cleaned adding a food grade silicone may help to reduce depositing, but the acidity, temp, and content of your exhaust will always win that battle -
How many miles are on the engine, and what type of oil & fuel are you running? -- sometimes a little ethyl or isopropyl alcohol added to clean fuel can reduce the outbound carbon deposits (they'll change colors to a lighter shade) - and synth oils (in a properly fitted engine) won't burn into those same carbons...
(Yucca - Eew!, or wait a minute - chromed steel or some exotic composite shaft???

Drag you tail pipe over the rocks you just went over on the trail and it will keep them clean. Hope this helps. later, Clint
